Question 1

How much does a project cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the problem, so we don't publish a price list. After a short discovery call we send a written proposal with the scope and cost, so you know both before any work starts.

Question 2

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope, and we give you a timeline in the proposal. We build in short cycles and show working software along the way, so you see progress instead of waiting for a big reveal.

Question 3

Do we own the code?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The code we build for you is yours. We hand it over with documentation so your team can run it, and we put the ownership terms in writing.

Question 4

Which time zones do you work in?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Dhaka, Bangladesh (GMT+6) and work with clients internationally. We agree meeting times and how we keep in touch during the discovery call.

Question 5

Can you take over a stalled project or work with our team?

Accepted Answer

Yes to both. We can start by reviewing what already exists, then either work alongside your team or deliver on our own. We settle which during the discovery call.

Question 6

What if the scope changes?

Accepted Answer

It happens. We talk through what it means for timeline and cost, and you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is added without your agreement.

Question 7

How do you handle our data in AI work?

Accepted Answer

We sign an NDA before accessing anything. Your data stays yours, is never used to train shared models, and is deleted when you ask. We also test on your real examples against a pass mark we agree with you up front.

Question 8

Do you sign NDAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're happy to sign one before you share details about your project.
